Red Tails Flyover | Dothan, Alabama | May 5, 2020

The Red Tails from the Alabama Air National Guard performed a flyover in the Dothan area to honor people on the front lines of COVID-19. Originally they were just going to fly over Southeast Health but had a change of plan to also flyover Flowers Hospital. Once I heard about the event, I planned to pack up a few cameras to try to get as much coverage as possible. Out of the three cameras brought along, I got one photo of the jets.

One of a photo of the Red Tails, but there was definitely more to see than just the jets. We had the same idea as many other people to view the Red Tails, which was to park in the Winn Dixie parking lot across the street of Southeast Health. The plan was a good idea but ended up not being the best viewpoint to attempt to snap some photos and videos of the jets.

Long story short, I am happy to at least of gotten one photo, but I was also to see Dothan rally around supporting our medical community. Yes, the jets are cool, but the cause is greater.
